Víctor Hugo House
CONTENTS
This is a typical 17th century house in Pasai Donibane where the romantic writer Víctor Hugo spent the summer in 1843. The museum-house is home to the permanent exhibition entitled “Víctor Hugo, a trip through time", an extensive collection of furniture and decorative objects that belonged to the writer. The museum-house stands in Calle Donibane, a road parallel to the bay of Pasaia passing through light and shade, flanked by four houses that make small tunnels.
